Good table manners were very important to my parents when I was growing up. Ina Garten the Barefoot Contessa should subscribe to you, she always leans one arm on the table! I watched someone on RUclips who put mounds of spaghetti on a large piece of garlic bread and then sucked it into her mouth, unbelievable! Nice video, I enjoyed!

Great video. I've been working at that mindset, tye nebulous goal is to get down to 175-180 the middle of the healthy weight range of a man my height. But the here and now for both eating healthy and exercising is that it makes me feel good; and is a form of pampering myself. It's making me look forward to doing exercises after work (I work at 6 am). And on a recent day when I had a bad migraine I was disappointed that I couldn't do a workout cause it would make it worse.

I want to not feel so fatigued after work. I am 54 and most of my coworkers are half my age. Plus I want to look better.
